Jeremy K. Jones, President
Jeremy K. Jones is founder of Inter-Tone Networks and its preceding entities, Coyote Communications and Executone of West Texas. With a degree and background in Electronics, Mr. Jones begain his career with an Odessa based company that manufactured Pipe Inspection and X-Ray Equipment for the Petroleum Industry. With an interest in communications he was latered offered a position with an older Executone Dealer in 1991. Spending over four years as lead technician with that company, Mr. Jones was able to see a large need for a company that could offer affordable outsourced IT solutions and equipment for smaller business in West Texas. So in 1995 he left the security of full-time employment and put together an ambitious business plan to put Coyote Communications into business. Carrying Technical Certifications on virtually every product that Inter-Tone offers, Mr. Jones can provide cost effective solutions to your communications concerns. Today he provides the custom design and sales of voice/data/IP systems and netwoking cabling for Inter-Tone clients, as well as overseeing all daily operations.

Rebecca A. Jones, Vice President
Mrs. Jones joined her husband in managing the business after its first year as Coyote Communications. Her daily responsiblities center on customer support, serving as help desk hostess and service department coordinator. She can provide you with quick answers for all your technology questions as well as scheduling onsight service visits from our Technical Team if needed. In addition to her customer service responsibilites, Rebecca oversees all areas of Inter-Tone's financial interests.

Dustin Jones, Customer Support Manager
Dustin has been involved in the I.T. Industry since 1998. Dustin was exposed to the world of telecomĀ at a young age, while still in high school he spent summers as an apprentice running cabling and assisting in installations part time. Later he became a full-time employee of Inter-Tone working his way through the ranks, first as an assistant, to certified technician, then on to lead technician, and now as Customer Support Manager. Dustin carries an impressive collection of certifications on both voice and data networks including the distinctive Comp TIA CTP (Converged Telephony Professional). Dustin proudly handles the daily service and support request of Inter-Tone clients, as well as overseeing installations of new systems and the day to day operations of all Support and Technical staff.
